CELEBRATING WOMEN’S VALUES THROUGH AN INTERACTIVE LANGUAGE PLAYGROUND

On the morning of March 9th, Dong Khoi Secondary School’s courtyard was transformed into a vibrant hub of excitement. To celebrate International Women’s Day, the school, in collaboration with Vinalearn English Center, hosted an engaging English-themed assembly designed to boost students' linguistic confidence while honoring the invaluable contributions of women.

An Interactive Playground: Learning Through Experience

Moving away from traditional classroom settings, the assembly turned the schoolyard into an active learning zone. Guided by the enthusiastic Vinalearn team, students tackled a series of challenges that required a seamless blend of English proficiency, keen observation, and teamwork.

Each segment was more than just a game; it was an opportunity for students to sharpen their listening and speaking reflexes while naturally adopting vocabulary related to empowerment, gratitude, and equality.

Spreading Love and Redefining Strength

Beyond language practice, the session encouraged Dong Khoi students to reflect deeply on the role of women in modern society. The physical and intellectual activities were thoughtfully designed to demonstrate that women possess immense strength, dexterity, and the power to protect and unite their communities.

Using English as a medium to express appreciation for female teachers and peers not only boosted students' communication skills but also nurtured their character. It taught them to value humanity and respect as universal principles.
